But I gotta tell you, after studying it over the past six months, I can confidently say that I finally understand why my mornings felt so heavy before.
Yep, I used to be the girl who rushed my mornings.
My alarm would go off, I’d roll the sheets from over my head even before my eyes opened, and reach for my phone.
My body felt tense, my mind was already racing, and before my feet touched the floor, I was thinking about everything I didn’t do yesterday and everything waiting for me today.
There was no space to breathe, no softness, and no intention to my mornings.
I knew that something had to change.
Discovering feminine energy has gently changed that for me, and it can do it for you, too.
It has taught me that my mornings don’t have to feel chaotic or stressful.
That they get to begin slowly, with quiet moments, gentleness, and care.

As I stepped deeper into my feminine energy, I found myself naturally creating morning rituals that centered me before the day unfolded.
Slowly but surely, I stopped rushing my mornings.
I started taking my time waking up and moving through my mornings in a way that felt safe, nourishing, and calm.
This feminine energy morning routine will help you create the space your inner voice needs to lead your day, instead of your to-do list.
This is the exact routine I follow whenever I realize, “Oh no, I’ve ruined my mornings again,” and it works every single time. It’s not perfect, but it works.

1. Wake Yourself Up Gently On Purpose (No Rushing)
When you wake up, don’t rush; just surrender your body to the softness and slowness of the morning.
No checking your notifications or jumping out of bed at the sound of your alarm going off.
A girl in her feminine energy doesn’t wake up to her phone or to-do list. Instead, she wakes up gently by greeting her body with kindness and softening her nervous system.
This looks like you hanging sheer curtains or slightly opening your curtains the night before to let natural light wake you before any sound.
Lingering in bed for a few more minutes, while you stretch your arms and legs slowly, roll your shoulders, or, like I love to do, just place my hand over my heart and whisper to my body, “I hear you, you are safe”.
This is how I teach my nervous system that my mornings are safe.
If waking up without an alarm is challenging for you, try a sunrise clock or waking up to calm piano or nature sounds.

When I was living my life in survival mode, all I could think of was everything that didn’t work out in my favor.
Speaking gratitude softly out loud helps to set the mood for my day.
It made me realize that I cannot change what has happened in the past, but I can be grateful for what’s coming.
So start taking a moment to reflect on the things you’re grateful for.
I like to think of this ritual as a prayer.
In the mornings, a whisper to myself
‘I’m grateful for peace this morning’, ‘I’m grateful for becoming her’, and ‘I’m grateful for how safe I feel right now’.
It can be something as the sun piercing through your windows, your favorite scent, or your matcha ritual that you look forward to.
Whatever you are grateful for, let in gratitude for a new day, and let go of everything that went wrong yesterday.

I’m a girl who believes that your environment quietly sets the tone for how your mood is throughout your day.
Now, this cozy cocoon is not about having the perfect aesthetic— it’s about creating a nook just for you where you can invite softness, presence, and listen to your intuition to soften your nervous system.
How do you do this?
Simple, by finding a cozy space in your bedroom (sitting on the floor next to a window is okay), add dreamy lights, candles, or a sunrise alarm clock, soft blankets, plush throw pillows, and a diffuser if that’s your thing.
I love listening to soft piano sounds or Jazz when I get into my nook.
It slowly wakes up my body and keeps me calm.
5. Speak Lovingly To Yourself Every Morning
Don’t overthink it.
Just speak softly without pressure.
As you look at yourself in the mirror, smile and say to yourself, “Good morning, beautiful, take your time”.
Speak a few soft affirmations while looking in the mirror; repeat to your body, “thank you for carrying me”, “you don’t have to rush today, “I hear you, “you’re safe with me, “I’m proud of you for trying”, and “you don’t have to be perfect.”
The way you speak to yourself in the morning will become the way you move through the world.
6. Nourish Your Body From The Inside Out
Begin your morning with hydration.
Before connecting to my feminine energy, I lived for that morning rush of dopamine and would rush to make myself a cup of coffee before drinking water.
This led my body to instant stimulation, which increased my stress levels throughout the day.
When I decided to hydrate first before doing anything, this gently woke up my digestion and signaled safety to my body.
Once your body is hydrated, prepare a warm tea to help calm your body and eat to feel cared for.
Instead of asking “What should I eat?”, ask: “What would feel nourishing?”
This might look like eggs, toast, or whatever food feels gentle on your body.
Before you first bite, sit without any distractions and eat slowly, savoring your first meal.
7. Move Your Body Intuitively
This is all about moving your body in a way that feels kind.
